Senior R&D Engineer

Mission:

Lead the entire product development cycle from concept definition to market launch, ensuring innovative, reliable technical solutions that meet the company’s quality standards. The role also requires effective project coordination, continuous process improvement, and acting as a technical point of reference for customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Project Planning and Organization

Defines project plans, milestones, and required resources, coordinating design, prototyping, industrialization, and product launch activities.

• Operational Management

Monitors project progress, identifies and resolves critical issues, and continuously updates plans according to technical and commercial requirements.

• Customer/Supplier Interface

Acts as a technical point of contact for customers and suppliers, managing communication, technical approvals, and delivery certifications.

• Quality and Compliance Control

Supervises tests and technical verifications (electrical, mechanical, functional), ensuring full compliance with design specifications and applicable regulations.

• Documentation Management

Coordinates the creation and updating of technical documentation (bills of materials, datasheets, manuals, CE/RoHS certifications) and manages data release in the PLM system.

• Leadership and Collaboration

Actively participates in project reviews, manages cross-functional teams, and presents project progress to senior management.

Educational requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.

Work Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within structured industrial environments.

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of product design and development processes.

• Familiarity with CAD/CAE tools and PLM systems.

• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

• Strong skills in analysis, testing, and technical validation.

• Good command of written and spoken English for managing technical documentation and liaising with international stakeholders.
