Production Planner

Mission:

To plan the production lines by ensuring efficient management of information related to material procurement and production capacity, contributing to achieving production goals and ensuring the sustainability of activities in terms of organization and productivity.

Job description:

The Production Planner at COMEM Group plays a key role in production organization and contributes to decision-making to optimize our customers’ value chain.

Key responsibilities Include:

  • Establishing and organizing material procurement requests:
    Ensuring continuous production by utilizing “Material Requirements Planning” (MRP) systems and consistently monitoring related parameters.
  • Assessing and declaring production capacity needs:
    Organizing and collaborating on monitoring production times to optimize processes, reduce waste, and add value to employees’ work.
  • Managing and reporting on inventory status:
    Monitoring stock levels, consistently verifying turnover rates, and suggesting and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborating and communicating:
    Interfacing with various departments and liaising between those in direct contact with customers and those working on product quality and technical aspects.

Educational requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of the English language.

Technical skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of ERP and MRP software will be considered an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
