The Area Sales Manager is reporting to the Head of Marketing & Sales and is expected to contribute to the organization’s growth and development, including but not limited to the following:

  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve COMEM Group objectives for products and services for the assigned area and accounts;
  • Supports the Marketing & Communication Manager in defining the proper marketing plan for the assigned area and advertising and promotion activities;
  • Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share of the assigned area and accounts;
  • Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share with preset standards and industry and economic trends;
  • Monitors competitor products, sales, and marketing activities;
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners (Distributors and Agents);
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events;
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly;
  • Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution;
  • Represents company at trade association meetings to promote a product;
  • Meets with clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals;
  • Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs quotes and plans to determine effectiveness;
  • Achieve the Sales Budget Targets in terms of every KPIs identified at year beginning.


  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proven working experience in Sales, Marketing or Product Management.
  • Proficient in English language.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the transformer business will be considered as an asset.
